That's just typical stone-walling techniques! I've used them all the time... Blah blah blah, "big changes coming, give us time," translates to "I plan to do nothing but wait for you to go away and hope you forget to come back."

At any rate... everyone's gonna know about the murder itself, so we have to poke around even more. We should concentrate on finding new information, maybe from people who they gave unique answers to before clamming up.

...Got any ideas? I suppose I could check with my police contacts...

She was pretty adamant about keeping us out of it, police or not--but I don't think it'd hurt to talk to them.

What unique answers do you think we should focus on?

Well, a lot of people probably asked the obvious "what's going on?" or "Who are you guys?" so we can rule out those. Between us we can cover both of that.

But some people are whimsical and might've asked questions the new CEO never expected. Like "what's your favorite song?" or "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?"

We just need to find those crazies and see how they responded... it's possible they let their guard down for a split second and said or did something less rehearsed!

...and if not, we can list their favorite song or opinion on woodchucks. Sss, sss, sss, sss!

I'd be surprised if we found anything like that. She was suuuper guarded, and I didn't get to talk to her assistant at all.
